No more living in void!

"this stupid is trying his best to become the CM anyhow! "... "why the hell is that happening like that"... "they shouldn't have done that"..."i hate these people!"   Everyone feels something bad about some people & situations at some point of time.. i was no exception.

Last week somehow I managed to attend Art of Living's Part-1 course. First two days were pretty normal for me. Usually I involve psychological & spiritual discussion when ever i get a chance. This may be the reason why I didn't feel great about first 2 days of the course. "whats so great about this? I know yoga and there are also teaching the same", sometimes i told myself. Moreover i felt headache & sleepy... probably due to the fatigue i have developed for many years.

But from 3rd day onwards, i felt better and better. Most of the things i was taught were pranayama & simple facts but in profound way. some people have special skills... when they say even small things, you may  find it so striking on your mind. These teachers fall in that category. Overall I have enjoyed the course, learnt many things & am trying to change many things which usually let me down.

One important thing everyone should follow, don't judge people unless its necessary. When I walk around streets, I meet somany people. I think thats where we start judging people. this continues and we end-up in judging our friends & the close-ones. When there is a lot to change in ourselves and lot more things we should discover and learn in this world, we should not waste our time in irrelevant and unimportant things. So no judging people,  no more negative thinking, no more criticizing people, no more bad thinking about people.

Sometime back my sister told me what she had read in Robin Sharma's book. "If you don't forgive people, you keep revolving around them... for this you need to spend some per cent of YOUR time for others.. but what are going you to earn? bad mood! So just forgive people and free your mind of negative thoughts and enjoy YOUR time 100%"

Here im not judging anyone and but only mentioned what i have realized. Someone may find it wrong to use 'WE'. As I have seen people criticizing people unnecessarily so i mentioned 'we'.

Happy Living! :)

I wish you should pop up a little bit more than now. I believe everything happens for a reason. I hope you will find that the sacred cause in near future. Thank god for you are coming out of the shell and looking the whole new world with your little eyes
